Who we are
Publishers, Agents & Films is a small team which provides various services:
CEO and Founder, Gini Graham Scott, who heads up the team, and currently reviews and writes the letters, as well as helps clients with writing proposals, other types of writing, and self-publishing
Database Assistants, who keep the databases updated
Equery Mailing Associates, who are trained to send out targeted queries to contacts in our industry databases
Editorial Associates, who will be added to review and write the letters
Publicity Director, who can coordinate a PR campaign for clients
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We collect your email and name in order to contact you and assist you directly.
Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart collects your personal contact and address info securely and it will not be shared with any third parties. In addition, all payment transactions are processed offsite on Paypal’s secure servers, so none of your payment information is stored with us.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
